The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support certification validates foundational knowledge and skills for entry-level help desk and desktop support roles. It targets IT students, interns, and professionals. Candidates are expected to have basic computer literacy, familiarity with productivity applications, and strong communication skills to support users effectively.

About this Practice Test  

CertPREP Practice Tests are designed to replicate the certification exam experience so you can prepare yourself for the actual exam.
